MDI prides itself for the learning experience imparted in this programme

Post Graduate Programme – Human Resource Management To succeed in the globally competitive and dynamic scenario, business organizations need to develop entirely new modes of functioning, processes and styles. HR professionals will have a critical role to play in this process of corporate transformation and renewal. Based on the needs expressed by the corporate sector (in our study on Management Education conducted jointly with IIM-Bangalore and IIM-Lucknow), a unique full-time PGP-HR Programme (two year) has been developed by MDI, in collaboration with National HRD Network. This is being launched from July 2004, at MDI, Gurgaon.

Post Graduate programme in International Management The emerging business scenario is characterized by heightened global working. It requires managers with a global mindset, managers who can appreciate different cultures, who can build networks across geographies and live and work across cultures. In fact there is a dire need to groom more and more global managers and future leaders. The first step in this direction has been taken by MDI Gurgaon in India by launching Post Graduate Programme in International Management (PGP-IM) in collaboration with the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP), France. The unique dual degree programme is delivered partly in India (MDI) and partly in Europe (ESCP-EAP campuses). After the stint at MDI graduates have the option to spend about 10 months in Paris or London where they get exposed to class room teaching as well as least 4-6 months working through the internship route. This is indeed a unique opportunity unparalleled in India. Needless to say it provides a rich opportunity for students to develop sensitivity to learn.

EPGPM is modified as Consortium Executive Management Programme (Consortium Executive MBA in Partnership with ESCP-EAP, Paris and BI Norwegian School of Management, Norway ). This programme is recognized by AICTE and has the accreditation of AM BA, Association of MBAs (U.K.)
