After looking into the tariffs of both cities I found out that they are almost similar and FUP was least expected from operators like MTNL and BSNL, they have shaped the broadband scene of the country and FUP which as per me disturbs the same.

After to announcement I had word with many of my tech savy friends and browsed some of the forums as well and heard similar voices that everyone was looking for such advanced technology the only part which was bugging them was the fair usage policy and the tairff plans are not too attractive which will compel the user to change from DSL to Fibre especially due to FUP.

I am really looking forward to this new offering by MTNL and would wait for some more time till there are some changes to its policies and further lowering of tariffs.
