MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : For Assistant (Finance & Accounts) : Candidates Should have one year post qualification experince in Finance & Accounts function of an organisation of repute . Should have experience in processing of payment and maintenance of accounts of the organisation. Should have worked on computers and familiar with various software used in Finance & Accounts function.
MAXIMUM AGE LIMIT (As on 12.01.2009 ): 27 Years for Jr. Supervisor Trainee (HR) & 28 Years for Assistant (Finance & Accounts). Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for persons with disability. Ex-Serviceman having a minimum of six months continuous service is allowed age relaxation to the extent of the period spent in service plus three years subject to the condition that the resultant age after deducing his period of service from his actual age does not exceed the prescribed age limit by more than three years.
SELECTION PROCESS Eligible candidates will have to undergo an objective type Written Test (consisting of Professional Knowledge Test & Aptitude Test) at PATNA (Tests different for both the posts). The short listed candidates thereof will have to appear for a Computer Skill Test followed by Personal Interview with the Company’s Selection Board. The date of the Written Test shall be intimated separately. Further the final appointment of candidates is subject to their medical fitness as per company’s standards. No relaxation in health standards is allowed.
TRAINING, SERVICE BOND & EMOLUMENTS Selected candidates for the post of Jr. Supervisor Trainee (HR) will undergo training for a period of one year at POWERGRID sites and training institutes. They will be required to execute a service agreement bond (of Rs. 50000/- for Gen/ OBC & Rs. 25000/- for SC/ST/PH candidates) for serving the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of training. During training, Jr. Supervisore Trainees will be paid stipend of Rs. 7300/- p.m. On successful completion of training, they will be regularised as Jr. Supervisor (HR) in the pay scale of Rs. 7300 – 3.5%-12660 (IDA). Selected candidates for the post of Assistant (F&A) will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 5400-10350 (IDA).
